TLDR: They installed a faulty part, diagnosed an issue wrong (AFTER I HAD BEEN DRIVING THE CAR FOR A WEEK) and charged me extra to fix it. 100% their responsibility to get a good part on my car only to have it fail a week later. Clay Dooley charged me an arm and a leg, denied fault for bad used part, then charged me another leg. I had work done on my car back in January. It was a knee assembly. Insurance totaled my car and so I had to pay out of pocket. I took it to Clay Dooley remembering that a family friend used to own the place. After battles with insurance, work finally started in the vehicle. They said that I needed a specific part that they couldn't find. I asked them where they sourced it and found the exact one they were looking for on the website they listed. I contacted Clay Dooley about it and they were mad at the website that the customer found the part before they did. Then I had the part installed into my car- came back with a $1800 bill. It drove fine for a week before the rotor started chaffing and we found a groove. I had my dad check it out, and while reinstalling the wheel we discovered no matter how tight the lug nuts were it was wobbly. We took it back to the

Clay Dooley is a business I can count on. Molly and everyone in the office are beyond pleasant and helpful even when they are extremely busy. The service is always top notch from the time I walk through the door until I drive off in my improved vehicles whether it is new tires, oil changes, brakes, or new sensors. They’ve made my life here in Blo-No a little bit easier!

Excellent experience. Molly at the front was incredibly helpful. She took my specific vehicle specifications into consideration and explained what I did and didn’t need. I wasn’t pressured into extra work for the sake of an upsale, and the pricing beat the local competitors. They included an inspection with photos detailing the current condition of my car which I greatly appreciate as well. Will absolutely return for other maintenance.

Molly is outstanding: friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The coworker alongside her (who I hadn't met before), was also very engaging, and very informative about the repair work being done on her customer. (You couldn't help overhearing, as this is a small waiting room). The report we received for the brake inspection we got was excellent. High resolution pics for every aspect of the work done, including brake pad / lining. They even checked the front and rear struts and shocks, and also measured tire tread depth, which I didn't think would be included). And best of all: this inspection was free! But in the past, work done on our vehicles has always been reasonably priced, and with the trust they have established, definitely a great value!

Super late posing this review lol better late than never. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced with my cars. The attention to detail was so on point. Just from letting me know everything that was going on with my car including pictures and very detailed descriptions and each one explained. Updates throughout the day annd ride to and from the shop…. And my car was in and out same day. I would tie 8 stars if I could ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
